How do I contact support?

Send us a message from Help ▸ Contact Us in the app, or email support@pilotlab.app. What to include so we can help quickly.

All plansWeb appUpdated 26 Oct 2026

Send us a message from inside Pilot Lab, or email us at support@pilotlab.app.

To write from the app, select Help (the question mark at the bottom left, or at the bottom of the menu on a phone), then Contact Us. Type what happened and select Send message. The page you were on and your browser are sent with it, so you don't need to describe them. The message also appears in your inbox under Messages, and our reply arrives there. If you don't have a logbook workspace of your own, we reply by email to the address on your account instead. If a message can't be sent, the window keeps what you wrote and shows the address to email.

What to include

The more of this you can give us, the faster we can sort it out. If you write from Contact Us, your account and the page you were on come with the message, so you can skip the first and third points.

  • The email address on your Pilot Lab account. Write from that address if you can.
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • Where it happened. The page name, or copy its address (Ctrl + Shift + C copies the address of the page you're on).
  • A screenshot, if something looks wrong.
  • For a totals question: which column, the figure you expected, and the figure Pilot Lab shows.
  • For an import problem: the file or photo you used, if you're happy to share it.
  • Your browser and device, if a page won't load. See Which browsers does Pilot Lab work in?.
Never send us your sign-in code

We will never ask for the six-digit code from a sign-in email, or for your password. Leave them out of any message.

These pages answer the most common questions:

Ideas and feature requests

We'd like to hear what would make Pilot Lab more useful for your flying. Send suggestions to the same address. Tell us what you're trying to get done, not only the feature you have in mind, since it helps us find the best way to build it.

If you're in a flying club

Questions about the club itself, such as bookings, membership, charges or aircraft availability, are for your club. Contact the club's office or admin. Questions about how Pilot Lab works, or a problem with your own logbook, come to us.

Help in command search

Command search (Ctrl + K) also has help actions. Open the Pilotlab help centre opens these pages, and Report a problem starts an email to support.
